James Hudock, Founder

As an executive chef for over 25 years, James has managed professional kitchens in hotels, private clubs, and restaurants across the United States, Mexico, and the Caribbean. Throughout his diverse career, James has constantly been focused on analyzing the workflow in professional kitchens to make them more effective.

This was his vision as he developed and launched CIDE KIC, a cloud-based SaaS kitchen management platform that focuses on complete team collaboration, which supports optimizing the efficiencies, managing food safety, and controlling the costs in this workflow. James’ unwavering drive to find real solutions to the historic challenges that have long plagued the hospitality industry is his passion and the “why” behind CIDE KIC. James is a graduate in the Culinary Arts at Johnson & Wales University. He also holds a C.S.W/Sommelier from the Society of Wine Educators of America and serves on the advisory committee for the Anne Arundel Community College Culinary program, helping develop future leaders in the hospitality industry.

Jorge Fajardo, Co-Founder, CSM

Jorge has over 20 years in the sports and hospitality industry and is currently the Director of Purchasing for the Washington Nationals MLB team. Jorge’s career began as a Sous Chef at the Chez-Pierre Restaurant and he began his purchasing career as an agent for Lerner Enterprises.

As a Purchasing Director he is skilled in contract negotiation, team building, event planning, marketing, operations management, and customer service. As a customer of a wide variety of vendors and service providers to Major League Baseball Jorge has a keen insight into the necessary skills involved in providing world class customer service and is passionate about providing the best customer experience possible to the hospitality industry. Jorge has a B.A. in History & B.A. in International Affairs from Florida State University.

Dave Corboy, Co-Founder, CTO

Dave’s 30 years of experience spans many diverse software development environments and includes companies ranging from startups to the Fortune 500. In addition to senior positions at AOL and development at Adobe, Dave’s career includes 5 start-ups, 2 exits, and 3 patents. During his thirteen-year tenure at AOL, Dave led pioneering product-development efforts, earning the three US patents in the Internet technology space.

Dave has been a principal in two successful startup company acquisitions in the Internet technology space including as VP of Development for ZipList, Inc. where he built a distributed service platform supporting 3MM monthly UVs and 16MM monthly PVs, integrated with over 500 white-label partners. ZipList was acquired by Condé Nast in April of 2012. Dave is a seasoned Internet technologist and entrepreneur specializing in the building and management of high-energy software development teams. Dave’s technical organizations strive to leverage the best trends in computing solutions and open source software, seeking the fastest time-to-market at the lowest cost while fostering an environment of growth and development that leads to high morale and long-term employee retention. Dave holds a BS in Computer Science from Washington State University.

Brian Armstrong, VP Sales

With over 20 years of management experience in private for profit and member owned clubs, Brian possesses an insight into the private club and network and their unique needs. While rising through the ranks of club management, Brian worked almost every job within a club from the golf courses to the dining room, ultimately obtaining the General Manager position and Certified Club Manager status through the CMAA.

Brian was also elected National Club Managers Association President and served on their board for 5 years. Brian most recently has focused on Executive Recruiting within the club industry, placing General Managers and Executive Chefs, along with consulting to Boards and Club Managers and most recently worked through a one year contract as a General Manager for a club during their Covid related challenges. Brian holds a BA in marketing from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina and has served on Boards at both George Mason University and the Georgetown Business Association.

Paul Stukus, CFO

Paul has over 30 years’ experience in senior and executive level financial positions leading accounting and finance as well as managing the overall strategic directives of a company. He has also led treasury management, human resources, facilities, and investor relations at many of his companies. Most of his career has been spent with privately owned companies where he’s raised over $100 million through equity and debt transactions.

He was instrumental in helping Digene prepare for its IPO and led successful exits with Gorman Health Group and Current Analysis. Paul prides himself on being able to wear many hats and engage with all departments within a company and leading them towards corporate goals. His industry experience includes software technology, health technology, healthcare, non-profit and government. Paul holds his degree from Indiana University of PA and is a CPA and Certified Fraud Examiner.
